Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Brand Majlis, we deliver personalized PR and digital outreach campaigns tailored to each client. Because of the custom nature of our work, refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

• The campaign or placement was never delivered.
• The publication site refused your content before publication.

No refund is available once:

• Your guest post, article, or press release is live.
• We’ve initiated outreach or purchased media placements on your behalf.

2. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment if work has not begun.
• After content approval or submission, cancellation is not possible.

3. Replacement Policy

If a post is removed by a third-party publisher within 30 days of posting, Brand Majlis may offer:

• A replacement link or placement, or
• Credit for future placement (at our discretion).
