3. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree:

  • Not to engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity.
  • Not to misuse our contact forms or system for spam or solicitation.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, secure gateway, or other methods specified in your invoice.
  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated in a service agreement.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of PR, link placements, and digital publishing:

  • All sales are final once content has been approved and sent for publication.
  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of non-delivery or publisher rejection before publication.
  • If a post or placement is removed by a third-party publisher after publication, Brand Majlis is not liable, though we may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information, brand materials, and approved content before deadlines.
  • Ensuring that any provided materials (logos, text, links) do not infringe copyright or violate local laws.
  • Reviewing deliverables promptly to avoid delays in publication or campaign rollout.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Brand Majlis, including written content, campaign designs, and creative assets, remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. You may not reuse, republish, or modify any part of our work without prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100 % reliability and accuracy, Brand Majlis will not be held responsible for:

  • Third-party publication delays, removals, or content edits.
  • Technical issues, server downtime, or loss of website availability.
  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific service in question.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy.
All client data, email addresses, and project details are kept confidential in line with our Privacy Policy.
